Welcome to the pan-tumor vasculature atlas !

In the Lymphatic EC search interface, users can (1) input the gene symbol of interest, (2) select "Cell Cluster" or "Trajectory" to query the gene's expression pattern within cell subgroups or display its expression levels over pseudo time-series changes. Clicking on (3) Example and then (5) clicking the Submit button allows users to search for the example gene, while clicking on (4) Reset enables one-click reset. Additionally, users can input the gene symbol in (6) and then submit for quick searches.
